Rick Johnston

VP Product Management

With more than a decade of real-life sales floor experience and the vision to build world-class products, Rick brings a fresh take on how software is solving some of the automotive retail industry’s most pressing challenges. In 2006, Rick joined Quorum as an Implementation Specialist, a role that saw him travel to more than 100 dealerships across North America. Three years later he moved into the position of Business Analyst which was where he found his passion for designing industry changing projects. In 2010, Rick founded Autovance Technologies: he managed Autovance in combination with his career at Quorum until September of 2013, when he decided to pursue his vision to build the next generation of desking tools full-time. Rick began building the team at Autovance in late 2014 and it has been growing ever since. By the summer of 2016, Autovance Desk, Canada’s most advanced web-based desking took, was built and it is already helping hundreds of dealerships sell more care across Canada. The relationship between Quorum and Autovance was built on a strong foundation and in 201y it took the most logical next step as Quorum acquired Autovance. Andrea Noseworthy

Director, Human Resources

If one word could be used to describe me, it would be kind! Apart from ensuring that all the ducks in the company are in a row, I also take care of the well-being of all the Quorumites. As Human Resources Manager, I am directly responsible for the culture and amazing people at Quorum (heck, I found many of them and brought them in myself!). I am also known as the listener and coach of the company. I always lend a sympathetic ear if something is bothering someone and will send you off with sage advice.

Jennifer Phillips

Director of Customer Success

Personal development is really the thing I hang my hat in work and in life. I’m always looking for ways to do things better or different. My brain functions best in overdrive which is perfect for my role because every day is “game day” and you have to give a 110% effort. My “go to” after a busy day is going on Pinterest and saving quotes and recipes that I’ll never make and spending quality time with my husband and boys.

Children’s Wish Foundation

As is the spirit of our fantastic DealerMine staff, we all get together and our teams alone raised $12,000.00 on top of the regular $10,000.00 we give each year. Exile Island has become a DealerMine sponsored event and it has come to life with the staff at DealerMine volunteering their time to make it a such a success.

Christmas Families

The staff of DealerMine are very generous all year but during Christmas they kick it up a notch. Each year DealerMine takes part in supporting many Christmas families. The staff are fully involved in providing necessities for these families to ensure that they enjoy a wonderful Christmas.

YMCA Basketball & Books

DealerMine CRM is proud to support a unique, local YMCA program called, Basketball and Books. The program encourages young students within the inner-city schools to read with players from our professional basketball team, the Saint John Riptides. The goal is to increase literacy among children in our community. Part of the draw for the kids is that they get to play and be coached by Riptide players. The kids are provided shoes and shirts and play teams from other schools.

Sistema NB

DealerMine proudly supports Sistema NB.

The mission of Sistema NB is to inspire children and youth to achieve their full potential through learning and performing orchestral music together.

The children spend a remarkable 3 hours per day after school for 5 days per week in group and individual instruction.
